Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of Prolue as a buyer, merchant, or rider. By using Prolue, you agree to them.
The escrow guarantee
When a buyer pays for an order, funds are held in escrow rather than sent directly to the merchant. Funds are released to the merchant once the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after a set confirmation window if no dispute is raised.
Disputes
If a buyer raises a dispute before funds are released, the payout is paused until the dispute is resolved. Prolue reviews disputed orders and makes a final determination on release or refund.
Merchant and rider conduct
Merchants are expected to list accurate products and fulfil confirmed orders. Riders are vetted before joining the network and are expected to complete deliveries in good faith. Prolue may suspend accounts that violate these expectations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Prolue evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
